1. Who processes the data
The data controller is Ivan Nesterov (the “Operator”). For any question about this policy, write to ivan.nesterov.web@yandex.ru.
2. What data I collect
Through the form on this site: your name, a contact detail (Telegram or email address) and the text of your message. The language of the page the request was sent from is stored as well. I don't collect or request any other data.
3. Why
The only purpose is to reply to your request and discuss possible work. The data is not used for mailing lists and is not passed to third parties for advertising.
4. Where the data goes
The contents of the form are sent to me as a Telegram message through the Telegram Bot API. The data therefore passes through Telegram's infrastructure and is handled under that service's privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data.
5. How long it is kept
Requests stay in the Telegram conversation for as long as they are needed, and no longer than three years from the date of contact. On your request I delete them sooner.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data of yours is being processed, request that it be corrected, restricted or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ivan.nesterov.web@yandex.ru — I reply within three working days.
7. Consent
By ticking the checkbox in the form and sending your request, you consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms described above. Without that consent the form will not send.
8. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or visitor tracking.
9. Changes
The current version of this policy is always available on this page. The date it was last updated is shown at the top.
